In this session, Rosario will explore the increasing role of artificial intelligence in arbitration decision-making, examining how AI enhances efficiency while raising critical questions about accountability. She will further discuss the integration of AI in arbitral processes, including its impact on legal research, procedural management, and decision drafting. This talk will also address transparency concerns, risks of algorithmic bias, and the need for human oversight in AI-assisted decision-making.
