This side event of the 75th Congress of the International Fiscal Association is organized by the Tax Policy Center of the University of Lausanne. It is part of an Executive Program titled “Conversations on International Tax Disputes” designed for in-house counsel, senior practitioners, revenue/government officials that will explore all phases, strategic considerations and avenues of international tax (related) controversies.
