Freshfields/ASIL – Young Arbitrator Debate Series

At this event, speakers will debate the following motion: “This house believes that tribunal secretaries can take an active role in the drafting of tribunal’s decisions and awards.”

Speakers will include Mary Katherine Wagner, Associate, Baker Hostetler; and Mihir Chattopadhay, Associate, Three Crowns. The debate will be moderated by Freshfields International Arbitration Senior Associate Diego Rueda and will be preceded by welcome remarks by International Arbitration Counsel Maria Julia Milesi and ASIL’s Senior Programs Manager Taylor Kilpatrick.
