Freshfields Young Arbitrator Debate Series

At this event, speakers will debate the following motion: “This house believes that dual nationals may invoke investment treaty rights despite holding the nationality of the host state.” Speakers will include Courtney Hikawa, Counsel, Sidley Austin; and Ricardo Chirinos, Special Legal Counsel, Covington. The debate will be moderated by International Arbitration Senior Associate Ezequiel Vetulli and will be preceded by welcome remarks by International Arbitration Partner Caroline Richard.
