11th Annual GIAS International Arbitration Month 2023: GIAS / ICC YAF Debate

The debate, titled "Arbitrators should proactively address allegations or suspicion of corruption in commercial arbitrations – Yes or No ?" will take place in our DC Office on February 28, 2023 from 6-8:30 pm.

Speakers will include Freshfields International Arbitration Associate Nicolas Cordoba Pineda, Ariana Cheng (鄭意仙) of Eversheds Sutherland, as well as Ignacio Zabala Alonso, Maria Camila Rincón and Patricio Félix González of Georgetown University Law Center.
