Drafting a Compelling Facts Section: How to Win the Hearts and Minds of the Tribunal (Arbitration Practitioners' Session)
At the upcoming Washington Arbitration Week (WAW), Juan Pedro Pomes, Freshfields’ Senior Associate for disputes, litigation and arbitration, will speak on a panel titled “Drafting a Compelling Facts Section: How to Win the Hearts and Minds of the Tribunal? (Arbitration Practitioners' Session)”.
The Third Edition of WAW will take place in a hybrid format (in-person + virtual) between Monday November 28 and December 2, 2022. WAW 2022 will consist of 18 in-person + virtual events, and 3 solely virtual events, bringing together the Washington DC arbitration community and the global arbitration community related to DC, including arbitrators, practitioners of investment and international commercial arbitration, damages experts, asset tracers, international organizations, diplomats, academics, researchers and students.
