GAR Live New York: International arbitration’s responsibility to the wider community

Can the international arbitration community lead the way in addressing the pressing issues of the day? Issues presented in international arbitration often seem to extend beyond the immediate dispute between the named parties and call upon us to re-examine the role of adjudication through international arbitration in tackling the issues of the day. Panellists will discuss ways in which the international arbitration community can continue to advance diversity and inclusion, incorporate greener practices, and grapple with the challenges presented by the broader conceptions of the interests of stakeholders in the disputes at issue.
