Economic and political sanctions: practical implications for investment and commercial arbitration

Noiana Marigo, partner and head of Freshfields' international arbitration group for the Americas, will discuss what kind of disputes are expected to arise in the future as a result of these sanction with Ana Serra Moura, Deputy Secretary General of the ICC Arbitration Court, Mario Martinez Muñoz, Corporate & Investment Banking Legal Services Director at BBVA, and Adam Smith, Partner at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher & former OFAC official.
