This renowned international guide sets out the essentials of merger regulation regimes across 55 leading jurisdictions worldwide, and an at-a-glance timeline for each jurisdiction makes it easier than ever to navigate complex filing requirements.

Freshfields is proud to have been the guide’s principal contributor and global consulting editor over several decades, and over that time to have shaped and grown Panoramic: Merger Control. Our extensive, hands-on experience with the complex challenges posed by multi-jurisdictional transactions, and with many of the jurisdictions covered, enables us to contribute up to date practical strategic insights every year.
