About
Martin is an Austrian qualified lawyer and a member of the Global Transactions team in Austria.
Martin advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of general corporate law matters and focuses his practice on complex cross-border M&A transactions. He has extensive experience working on high-profile transactions, including sales and acquisitions of publicly-traded and private companies, carve-out divestitures, asset sales and purchases, minority investments and joint ventures.
He is fluent in German and English and has a basic knowledge of Dutch.

- Advising Nippon Express on the EUR 1.4bn acquisition of Cargo-Partner group, consisting of more than 60 target companies around the world.
- Advising Audi, Aptiv and Infineon on the $625m sale of TTTech Auto AG to Dutch NXP B.V. (as lead sell-side transaction counsel).
- Advising EVN on the sale of WTE Wassertechnik GmbH to STRABAG.
- Advising Emerson Electric on the acquisition of FLEXIM Flexible Industriemesstechnik.
- Advising AEA Investors on the acquisition of a majority stake in SCIO Automation.
