Jaymie is an associate in our Global Transactions practice group in London. She advises on a broad range of commercial, intellectual property, technology and data matters.
Jaymie advises on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions and disposals, carve-outs, joint ventures, licensing and other complex commercial transactions across a range of sectors including technology and financial services.
During her time at Freshfields, Jaymie has spent time on secondment to both the M&A and IP legal teams at a leading international defence company.
