Tianzi Ye

Avocate à la cour, Tianzi is a senior associate in the Global Transactions (Finance) group in Paris.

She has over ten years’ experience in complex financing matters. She advises financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on a broad range of transactions, including large-cap LBO financings, corporate financings, public-to-private financings and unitranche transactions. She also advises on the financing aspects of restructuring matters.

Admitted to the Paris and New York Bars, Tianzi supports key market participants on all strategic and documentary aspects of their financings, particularly in a cross-border context.

Prior to joining the firm, she practised for several years at a Magic Circle law firm in Paris.
