Richard is an associate in our intellectual property and information technology litigation team. He advises multinational and domestic clients in complex and contentious patent litigation before national courts and the UPC with a special focus on the fields of life sciences and telecommunication. He is experienced with standard essential and non-essential patents.
Richard speaks German, English and French.

- Advising and representing a major US technology company in the assertion of its patent portfolio before German Courts and the Unified Patent Court;
- Advising and representing Xiaomi in UPC patent litigation relating to cellular SEPs;
- Advising and representing Lenovo/Motorola in UPC patent litigation relating to telecommunication patents.
