Tim is a partner in our Global M&A and Capital practice in London. He specialises in the full range of private and public M&A for private capital sponsors, also working on restructurings and management equity arrangements, alongside a wide range of portfolio company matters.
Tim’s key private capital clients include AEA Investors, Blackstone, CVC Capital Partners, Hellman & Friedman, LDC and Vitruvian Partners.
