- Advising Carta on its acquisition of Accelex, a UK-headquartered tech company offering an AI-powered data automation platform focused on alternative investments for institutional limited partners (LPs)
- Advising Strava on the acquisition of Runna, a UK-headquartered tech company developing personalised running training plans and coaching
- Advising Sanofi on the separation and exclusive negotiations with CD&R to transfer a 50% controlling stake in Opella, its consumer healthcare business
