About
Rosa Warning is an associate in the antitrust, competition and trade team of our firm's Amsterdam office.
She advises multinational companies and private equity firms on global merger control procedures. Rosa has experience with large multi-jurisdictional merger control and foreign investment control filings across Europe and the rest of the world.
She has represented clients before the Dutch and European courts and advised on proceedings before different competition auhorities.
In addition, Rosa advises on complex EU regulatory matters, including in the telecoms and energy sectors.
