Patrick is an associate in the Global M&A and Capital practice of the Vienna office and advises domestic and international clients on all aspects of general corporate law and focuses his practice on complex cross-border public and private M&A transactions. Patrick is very client orientated and solution-focused enabling him to understand the issues involved in complex transactions to provide straightforward advice.
He is fluent in German and English.
