About

Gregor advises strategic and financial investors in takeover offers and other investments in publicly listed companies as well as in cross-border public and private M&A transactions, global reorganizations and joint ventures. He is the global co-head of our energy, resources and infrastructure practice.

Gregor also regularly advises on corporate governance, shareholder activism and capital markets regulation. He has worked across many industries including automation/manufacturing, life sciences and chemicals as well as infrastructure, energy, defense and real estate.

Clients value Gregor’s business-oriented and can-do approach, his ability to focus on the commercial objectives of a transaction on the basis of his profound technical skills as well as his international versatility and mindset. His experience and background are also highly valued by the boards of listed companies which he regularly advises in publicly sensitive situations, such as public takeovers, M&A, joint ventures and shareholder matters, as well as on corporate governance, shareholder activism and capital markets compliance.

Gregor has consistently been listed as ‘frequently recommended’ both for Corporate Law and M&A in JUVE since 2012 and is listed among the “Best Lawyers” for Corporate Law, M&A and Capital Markets Law in Handelsblatt and as “Top Lawyer for M&A” in Wirtschaftswoche.
