Lauren is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in New York.
Lauren represents clients on a broad range of antitrust issues, including mergers and acquisitions and civil antitrust litigation. She also helps prepare clients for key engagement with antitrust regulators and for testimony in high-stakes antitrust litigation in federal court.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Lauren was the Editor-in-Chief for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation, was an Oralist for the Moot Court Board’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Team, and was the Academic Chair of the Hispanic Law Students Association.
