Arthur Van Den Bossche

Arthur is an associate in our Brussels office and a member of the Global M&A and Capital practice. His practice focuses on EU financial regulatory matters.

He advises actors across the entire financial services industry, and specifically payment institutions, banks, insurance companies, fund managers, crypto-asset service providers and investment companies on complex regulatory processes, spanning from license applications to global product-design questions.

Arthur speaks Dutch, French, English and Bulgarian.
