About
Valentina is an Associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in Washington, DC. She assists clients with antitrust matters and merger review.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Valentina was legal intern for Holcim and a legislative intern for the State Representative Laurie Pohutsky. Most recently, she was a Dean Acheson Legal Scholar for the Court of Justice of the European Union where she worked in the cabinet of Judge Tamara Peršin in the General Court. During law school, she was Production Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law.
She is proficient in Spanish and French.
