Caitlin is a corporate associate in our Global Transactions group in London.
Caitlin advises clients on private and public M&A transactions, equity capital markets transactions, as well as general corporate advisory and listed company matters.
Caitlin trained at Freshfields and was previously seconded to the firm’s New York office.
Additional Information
- Advising Compass Group PLC on its agreement to acquire Vermaat Group B.V., a leading premium food services business in Europe, for an enterprise value of approximately €1.5bn.
- Advising South32 on its sale of Cerro Matoso, an integrated nickel laterite open pit mine and smelter in north Colombia, and South32’s related energy trading business, to global industrial conglomerate CoreX.
