Kaija is an associate whose practice focuses on strategic and private capital M&A matters. She regularly advises strategic companies and private equity sponsors as well as their portfolio companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions.
Kaija has represented clients across all phases of complex buy-side and sell-side transactions, from diligence and auction process management through drafting and negotiating transaction documents, structuring considerations, regulatory approvals and closing execution.
