Tanja Temmert

Tanja specialises in intellectual property law, in particular trademark law. She is part of our global IP / Dispute Resolution group.

Her long-standing practical experience includes the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of IP rights, the development and implementation of trademark portfolio strategies, the execution of national and multinational processes in trademark law as well as the advice on issues of trademark law as part of transactions and carve-out processes.  Tanja also advises clients on related issues such as marketing campaigns, product launches, licensing and renaming processes at a national and at an international level. 

Tanja speaks speaks English and French, along with her native German.
