About
Rose is a Counsel in our London tax team. She advises clients on the corporate tax law aspects of a broad range of complex domestic and international transactions. Her clients operate across many sectors, though Rose has particular expertise in advising those in the life sciences, energy, private capital and real estate sectors.
Rose specialises in complex domestic and international public and private M&A, reorganisations, reconstructions and demergers, IPOs and other equity capital markets work and group tax structuring. She combines this with a contentious tax practice, which includes advising clients on multi-issue transfer pricing disputes, the application of the offshore fund rules and deducibility of expenses.
