Shreyas is an associate in our New York office supporting our Global M&A and Capital practice.
Shreyas’s practice focuses on derivatives and structured finance transactions. His experience includes a six-month secondment with Goldman Sachs’s equity derivatives team in their London office.

- Advising a major U.S. investment bank on complex loan and bond portfolio financing transactions using repackaging and total return swap technology opposite major hedge funds and private equity funds.
- Advising a leading global financial institution on an $830m multi-jurisdictional asset-based lending facility opposite six Goldman Sachs Asset Management funds.
- Advising Silver Point Capital on a middle-market CLO for the Specialty Credit Fund II Platform.
- Advising Silver Point Capital on various loan housing facilities opposite major U.S. and European investment banks.
- Advising various companies (Fortune 500 and privately held) on their hedging documentation and hedging programs.
- Advising HSBC and Wells Fargo on multiple cash and synthetic prime brokerage negotiations (including complex committed facilities and margin lock-up arrangements) opposite hedge funds such as D.E. Shaw, Elliott, Millennium, Two Sigma, BlackRock and Citadel.
