Nick’s practice focuses on advising companies and investment banks in connection with public and private capital markets transactions, including shelf registrations and takedowns, IPOs, block trades, private placements and other equity offerings; investment grade, high-yield and convertible debt financings; tender offers and liability management transactions; and related acquisition financing and capital markets matters. He also regularly represents clients on SEC compliance, disclosure, corporate governance and other securities law matters.
