About
Victoria is UK Managing Partner and co-head of our private capital group. She specialises in advising some of the world's largest financial sponsors on their acquisitions, exits and investments. Her experience includes buyouts, public to private transactions, growth equity investments and various types of minority investment. She also advises on corporate M&A transactions, particularly those involving financial sponsors.
Victoria chaired the BVCA's legal committee between 2021 and 2024.
She is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers for Private Equity Buyouts and in the Legal 500 Hall of Fame.
Victoria speaks English and German.
