About
Abby is an associate in our financial services regulatory practice, advising banks, nonbank financial institutions, fintech and technology companies on a wide range of federal and state banking law and regulation. Her practice includes advising clients on regulatory examinations and enforcement matters, licensing, transactions, and corporate governance. Abby has worked in the corporate secretary’s office of a global investment bank, where she provided advice on governance, risk management, and compliance matters affecting the institution.
