Emelde is a senior associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice, based in Amsterdam.
She regularly advises domestic and international investors, developers, financial institutions and infrastructure companies and focuses on corporate law, concentrating on private M&A transactions and private equity with real estate aspects.
She is fluent in Dutch and English.
