Constanze is Principal Associate in our practice group Global Transactions (Corporate / M&A).
She focusses on M&A transactions (private and public), joint ventures, general corporate and capital market law as well as reorganisations. Constanze has advised clients from a wide range of industries, including the consumer, energy, tech and automotive sector.
She speaks German and English.
