Jordan is an associate in our antitrust, competition, and trade practice based in New York. He assists clients with civil antitrust litigation, cartel investigations, and merger control.
Prior to joining Freshfields, Jordan was a Law Clerk to The Honorable LaShann DeArcy Hall, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Before clerking, Jordan worked at another law firm, advising clients on investigations, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and other regulatory matters.
At Harvard Law School, Jordan served as Editor-in-Chief for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review, he was Secretary of the Harvard Black Law Students Association, and he was a Student Attorney for the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
