Agnese is an associate in the Global M&A and Capital (GMAC) practice in our Milan office. She specializes in banking and finance.
Agnese advises domestic and international sponsors, investors, banks, and alternative lenders on a different type of transactions, including real estate finance, corporate and acquisition finance, securitizations, refinancings, and debt capital markets transactions. She also advises financial institutions, banks, and payment providers on strategic issues affecting their businesses.
