Callum is an associate focusing on strategic and private capital M&A matters. His practice spans the full spectrum of M&A activity, including transformative public and private acquisitions, minority and strategic investments, joint ventures and carve-outs across high-growth technology and innovation-driven sectors.
Dual-qualified in California and England & Wales, Callum is able to provide seamlessly integrated advice on multi-jurisdictional transactions for his clients.
Callum also contributes to the firm’s thought leadership initiatives, including most recently the firm’s 12th Annual Spring Forum on M&A and the Boardroom.
Callum was previously based in our London office.
