Hendrik is an associate in our antitrust, competition and trade practice. He advises clients on a broad range of European and German competition law and foreign direct investment screening matters, with a particular focus on M&A transactions and cartel investigations.
He regularly advises clients on cross‑border transactions, including all aspects of merger control and foreign direct investment screening, and frequently coordinates multi‑jurisdictional filings.
Hendrik speaks German and English.
