Jebril is an associate in our New York office and a member of the Private Capital team focusing on finance matters. Jebril has experience advising financial institutions, investment managers and institutional investors on credit facility structures. Prior to joining Freshfields, Jebril worked for the City of Atlanta in the Municipal Governance division providing advice to city officials on financial agreement proposals, commercial transactions, economic development initiatives and federal legislation and at a multinational law firm representing clients on a variety of corporate, transactional and commercial matters.

- Razor Group on the acquisition of Perch, a leading e-commerce aggregator in the US, and on Razor’s refinancing of the capital structure for the combined group. Razor Group on the debt for equity exchange and refinancing of its $500m senior secured credit facility in connection with its merger with Perch.
- DE Shaw in connection with new money first and second lien term loan facilities to support a confidential liability management transaction for a sponsor backed health and wellness company.
- Adentro, a portfolio company of Atomic, in connection with a senior secured term loan to finance working capital needs.
