He offers guidance on tax-related issues for a wide range of transactional and advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, financing deals, and corporate restructurings. Additionally, Ben has acted for clients in a variety of contentious tax matters.

Ben trained at Simmons & Simmons before moving to Freshfields on qualifying and spent time on secondment to a legal technology company as a trainee.
