Finn is a Principal Associate in our Düsseldorf office. He advises on complex national and cross-border, private and public M&A transactions as well as on all matters of corporate and capital markets law. He works with listed stock corporations and private companies across the full range of their corporate and transactional needs. Prior to joining Freshfields, he gained experience at international law firms in New York and Germany.
