Bethany focuses her practice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Her experience spans many industries, including technology, life sciences, industrials, financial institutions and consumer goods, with a focus on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. She regularly advices clients on complex transactions and strategic matters, including public and private company sales and acquisitions, carve-outs and divestitures, joint ventures and other strategic collaborations, as well as corporate governance and disclosure matters.
Her clients have included Airspan, Ahold Delhaize, Aras, Bharti, Biogen, Deutsche Börse, Eurazeo, Global Blood Therapeutics, GreenSky, Hearst, IBM, Picard Groupe, Qualcomm, RELX Group, Robinhood, SPANX, Texas Capital Bank, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Unilever, US Foods, Vista Outdoor and Xerox.
Bethany has been recognized for her work in mergers and acquisitions by IFLR1000 and has been recognized by Lawdragon as among the "500 Leading Dealmakers in America" and the "500 X — The Next Generation." In 2025, the Financial Times featured her work on Vista Outdoor's $1.125bn sale of Revelyst to SVP and $2.225bn sale of The Kinetic Group to CSG on its annual North America Innovative Lawyers report. In 2023, she was named one of the "Top Women in Dealmaking" by The Deal.
