Zizi focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, stockholder activism, and general corporate matters. Zizi has represented public and private companies on numerous corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, carve-out divestitures and spin-offs, strategic investments, joint ventures, stockholder activism, and corporate governance matters. Zizi’s practice spans a variety of industries, including health care and life sciences, technology and media, aerospace and defense, and consumer products.

Zizi has been named to The 2026 Lawdragon 500 X – The Next Generation list.
