Ravi is an Associate in the Corporate Finance team of our Global M&A and Capital practice in London.
Ravi advises on a range of complex cross-border banking and finance transcations. This includes venture finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, general corporate financings and other debt products. He acts for sponsors, banks and corporate clients across a variety of sectors.
