Saloua is a trusted adviser in our Global M&A and Capital practice, helping international corporates, private equity firms and financial sponsors achieve their objectives and strategic direction in complex cross-border deals.
Specialising in mergers and acquisitions, growth capital transactions, joint ventures and carve-outs, Saloua provides comprehensive counsel across various sectors including technology, media, infrastructure, energy transition and business services sectors. Saloua gained international experience as a registered foreign lawyer in Singapore, and as both a Dutch and English law qualified lawyer, she bridges legal systems and cultural sensitivities, ensuring the seamless execution of international transactions.
Saloua leads Freshfields’ innovation initiatives for our Global M&A and Capital practice and co-heads the Amsterdam D&I committee. She also serves as a member of the Supervisory Board of Save the Children.
