Nguyen Ngoc is a Counsel of the firm, based in the Ho Chi Minh City office. She has practised in Vietnam since 2007, advising international and domestic clients on complex infrastructure, energy, and corporate transactions in Vietnam and across the region.
Ngoc’s practice focuses on the development, financing, and acquisitions of power and infrastructure projects, including pioneering clean energy initiatives. She works closely with colleagues in Vietnam, Singapore, and Tokyo to support multinational clients, and has extensive experience working with both sponsors and Vietnamese regulators on landmark renewable energy and other strategic energy projects.
