Hai graduated from Hanoi Law University in 2006 and has practised with Freshfields since then. Hai focuses on corporate M&A and inward investment transactions. Having a strong regulatory background and knowledge, Hai has worked with multinationals on their market entry and operational matters in Vietnam. Hai is also part of the Fintech/Digital team and People & Reward team in Asia.
