About
Zade is an associate in our Private Funds and Secondaries practice who regularly advises on fund formation for first-time sponsors. His experience also spans both sides of the secondary market, representing buyers and sellers of fund interests across private equity, private credit, venture capital and other strategies. He further advises on GP staking transactions and co-investments.
Zade maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on immigration advocacy.
