Chris is a restructuring and insolvency associate in our Global M&A and Capital practice. Chris spent two years with our Hong Kong office before joining our London team in 2021.

- Advising Idorsia on the English and New York law aspects of its holistic restructuring and refinancing involving a c. CHF 150m new money facility and the exchange of CHF 800m convertible bonds into shares, warrants and pay-if-you-can bonds with limited recourse to rights pertaining to certain pharmaceuticals.
- Advising an ad hoc Group of RCF lenders in respect of Dutch bike manufacturer Accell.
- Advising Bulb Energy on options for its sale and contingency planning, culminating in its entry into the UK’s first energy supply company administration.
