Ally is a partner in the Freshfields Energy and Real Assets Group and Global Private Capital team and is based in the London office.
He has a wide range of experience representing both sponsors and some of Europe’s largest financial institutions in connection with the financing of energy and infrastructure assets, across all asset classes, including multi-sourced debt platforms and portfolio financings and back leverage financings.
