• Buy-side and Sell-side clients in respect strategic equity transactions (including margin loans) related to shares listed in a range of different jurisdictions.
• Structured share-buyback transactions conducted in a wide range of different jurisdictions.
• Banks, corporates and other counterparties on a wide range of other OTC derivative transactions (including deal contingent transactions) including interest rate, FX derivatives and commodity derivatives.
• Swap providers, borrowers, lenders, issuers and other parties on the hedging and related intercreditor arrangements in respect of numerous leveraged finance, infrastructure finance and project finance transactions.
• European asset manager on a €100 million fund-of-one financing secured on a portfolio of European middle market debt obligations.
• Sovereign wealth fund on a third-party securitisation financing in connection with the establishment of a €3.5 bn evergreen origination platform with a leading financial services firm.
• Family office in connection with a £350 million refinancing in respect of a London real estate asset.
• Corporate client on the restructuring of its indebtedness, which included €250 million bond debt and over €80 million bank debt over eight facilities agreements, through a UK Scheme of Arrangement.
