Jovian represents startups and other emerging growth companies at all stages of their lifecycles, advising them on corporate formation and structuring, corporate governance and investor relations, debt and equity financing transactions, and securities law compliance. Jovian also represents venture capital firms and a range of other investors, including strategic investors and sovereign wealth funds, across the technology and life sciences sectors.
