Emilio is an associate in Freshfields’ dispute resolution practice based in New York. Emilio regularly practices in English and Spanish.
Prior to Freshfields, Emilio worked with Legal Aid Chicago, where he provided legal services as part of the Housing and Poverty Law Clinic at the University of Chicago. Prior to law school, Emilio received a Fulbright Scholarship to work as an English teacher in Madrid.
Emilio earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, where he was a Rubenstein Scholar. He received his B.A. from Georgetown University.
